is there a ServiceNow template for Root Cause Analysis. I want to document a issue and the RCA for it and the possible solution.

Hi @Snehal13 

 

Yes , as far as I know. You need to activate the plugin on problem management and that will open some template but that is for RCA - Known error. 

 

Else you can create your own template in RCA task type.
