is there a way of getting stats for VA? Usage, type of requests, answer resolution rate?

Hello All,
We went live with ServiceNow last month.
we enabled ITSM pro plus VA with Now assist and would like to get some KPIs and metrics from the conversation users are having such as : Usage, type of requests, answer resolution rate, or anything basic.
Is it OOB or how to achieve it ?

you can analyze VA performance via dashboards and use Conversational Analytics feature,
there are several pre-built dashboards
