Is there a way to an user to see Requests of others users on your list , for example in the module My Requests?

Change the filters on the My Request page...click All to see all

Yeah the "Requested For" or Request.Requested_For is who the request and request item is for.   But we created a Task-level "u_Opened_For" that is for all tickets and then business rules to sync the Requested_For and Caller_ID and all the other different ones to always record that information into the Opened For field and vice-versa.   Then we can always sort lists or search for Opened For instead of all the different ones.


When you say Task-level .... where i should go to create that > ..?


On the task table (the query would go to task table rather than request), you can place the module in self service application.
