Is there a way to auto adjust the approved end date on SPM when a conflict is detected?

or is there any kind of suggestion we can take on the platform OOTB to resolve the conflict?

Probably the last one (it doesn't really make sense to auto adjust this -> something is wrong, so this date shouldn't be used, but it's not that you suddenly need more or less time to perform what needs to be done).

Find what is causing it (maybe your project ends on a holiday, or something like that?) and remove the cause, so you can set a correct end date.
