Is there an issue with the Filter Condition operation 'exclude' and 'does not have' when using URT?

My Team had been using a filter to display a list of URTTs that do not have certain tags which was working up until 12/01/2025.

Please share more information. We need to know what filter you have and how it is configured to be able to assist here.
