Is there an out of the box Peer Review stage that I can use for the change request table?

I simply want to know if there's a OOTB peer review stage that can be used to request approval for the change request table from more or one groups and have lets say at least one person from each group approve before the table moves onto the next phase?

Hi @UyiA 

No there is no peer review state OOTB in change, but what you can do, you can create a task before it go for approval and assign to team for peer review and once it closed then raise the approval.
