Is there any documentation on the sn_sm.SMConfiguration() functions?

In the Service Management applications (ie HR, Facilities etc), some State Flows (see the Suspend state flows) have a 'Manual Condition String' of 'new sn_sm.SMConfiguration().hasRole(current,"basic")'

I have worked out what this specific 'hasRole' function does, but am wondering if there is any documentation on the various methods found throughout the system?

Or even the source code!

It does not seem like any documentation of the function is made public. At least based on the experiences of others.
