Is there any functionality like send mail users if we use @ in work notes/additional comments

if we mention @user1 in the "work notes/additional comments " and add some text and post the comments. it will trigger the mail to that user1. is there any functionality like in SNOW work notes/additional comments : @user1 Please help me with your issue

There is already existing OOTB notifcation present in Servicenow. You can use this or duplicate as per your requirement.
