Is there any I can add dynamic footer and header on HTML template using template script

Hello,

 

I have a requirement where I need to apply different headers and footers on the same HTML document template based on the legal entity of the user. I have tried it, but the footer is not looking good. It's looking like body content instead of a footer. Can someone help me with this?

If any other information is required, please reply on this conversation.
