IS there any SPOKE/PLUGIN available to integrate Servicenow and ADO to synch incidnet/stories

Hi All ,

 

is there any OOB plugin / SPOKE available to integrate SERVICENOW and ADO ?

 

our requirement is to synch 

 

whenever incident is created an issue should create in ADO

 

same like stories synch also

 

please let me know if you have any inputs

Hey @shabbir5 , you should check out Unito. Whenever an incident is created in ServiceNow, Unito will create a matching issue is ADO, and keep both in sync. Same thing with stories, epics, tasks, features, user story, etc.

If the OOTB/Store app does not give the integration as you want, you can always create your own custom integration. It depends on the requirement and how you create it. Customizing OOTB configuration is not recommended, but here you will be create new action and not modifying anything existing, so it should be good.

 

For ADO integration, you can install the plugin to get integration for other data such as ENH, work items etc. For incident, you can build new action. refer: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/washingtondc/servicenow_application_d...
