I am new to service Now..I want to make report of the users viewing the same incident/ticket.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Mansi.
What is it you want to do? Such a report would only show which tickets are viewed simultaneously for that particular instant.
Is that fine or do you need to see how often multiple users watch records together?

Jimmie

Hi Mansi.
I'm not entirely sure but I think it is the "sys_user_presence" table.
The feature you are looking for is called User Presence and is part of the Connect plugin

Is there any other way to track this ?
When i am creating report sys_user_presence table is not there in table list. So is there is any other alternative ?
