Is there any way to get a Median in a Report?

I need to create a report that shows the median answers response for a survey for a specific assignment group.
When I choose aggregation, i dont have an option 'median'. How can I achieve that?

if you have performance analytics available in your instance, then this can easily be utilized to do the calculation.

In standard reporting this not available , may be you can check 

As my friend @AndersBGS  said, if you have PA installed, it is easy to do.
