Is vancouver patch 1 upgrading to vancouver?

I am on Tokyo and can see the option to go to Vancouver patch 1 is this upgrading to Vancouver 

if yes or no when is the actual release of Vancouver I was reading that it was today?

So the release version would be Vancouver Patch 1? I do not see any other option therefore upgrading to this would essentially be upgrading to Vancouver?

Yes General Availability is always Patch 1.

The Early Availability which came available a few weeks ago (for your PDI for example), is Patch 0. Normally you can't apply that on your customer instance (ofcourse there are exceptions).
