Issue after Utah Upgrade- shows "Record not Found" when submitting a req. from Portal by impersonate

After submitting a request from service portal, For some catalog items, it shows as "Record not found" but it creates a record in request and RITM tables. 

I can see the RITM in the related list of the respective Catalog item. What might leads to this issue?

Check the ACLs for RITM table. and check if impersonated user has correct read access.
