Issue in downloading CSV

Hi,

When we are exporting the asset records as  CSV file, we could find few records having ? between the numbers and letters in the asset name. 

Do any one have idea why it is happening and how to fix it?

Data is correct in ServiceNow. When we download it as excel it has the correct data. Issue is with when exported as CSV file only.

happening with all users or few users?

how about admins?

so some garbage value coming? share screenshots.
