Issue in downloading CSV

Hi,

When we are exporting the asset records as  CSV file, we could find few records having ? between the numbers and letters in the asset name. 

Do any one have idea why it is happening and how to fix it?

was this working fine earlier and you recently upgrade?

how about the behavior for other tables?

If you couldn't find anything please raise a case with ServiceNow

I tried above KB article I could see the asset tag with some special characters. Attaching the screenshot.
