Issue when display variables from Record Producer to Task Case Form

Hello community,

I followed this guide to show the variables from Record Producer to the Task Case form (sn_customerservice_task)

But I met this error. It said the fields which come from the Variables are not filled in, even though on the form, the values of theses fields already appeared.

Hello,

Just check catalog ui policy or catalog client script and make sure 'Applies to target record' checkbox is false.

I've checked 'Applies to target record' of both, and all are false. But the issue is still there. 

Could you have any idea?

The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Sysid


1. Navigate to System Properties > All Properties
2. Create a new property as follows:
a.Property name: glide.sc.use_sc_form_v2
b. Type: true|false
c. Value: false

Your approach makes the error alert disappear, but if we change the value of Variables within the Task Case form, it would not be saved.

But I think it's not necessary to make the modification for variables at this step.
