We have just upgraded to Xanadu Patch 3. Since then we are seeing an issue with all "add" button under different related lists like : affected CIs, Impacted Services etc . under ITSM modules . The below issues we are facing:
1. When we click the "add" button , it is opening the modal but no filter is working to see only needed CI classes.
2. If we click "add selected" we are seeing attached loading page and no CI is added.
We have seen below https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0996596 from ServiceNow but does not help as we already have SPM core activated in our instance.
If anyone got any details please share.
