Issue with Catalog Flow

I am facing an issue with a flow. I have a generic flow for approval (Catalog item). It works perfectly on my PDI (Vancouver). Where as when I use the same on Customer instance (Utah), it does not work. In my PDI, as soon as an request is raised, Service Desk gets assigned for approval (RITM) through flow. Where as in DEV instance, only after REQ status is set to Approved, RITM approval list appears. Any clue why this is happening and how to solve this?

Can you compare flow from both instance versions & check if there is update done on OOTB flow.

This flow is not OOTB. It is a custom created flow.

My bad...!!

 

May be version are missing..!!

I did not move the flow. I recreated the flow.
