Issue with importing XML of 90 mb

Issue with importing XML of 90 mb. Below is the error received. It says 'running transaction' and 'connection was reset', 'site cant be reached' etc. See below screenshots.

PS - I have searched several articles, docs etc - changed all the relevant system properties based on community posts and Knowledge articles, but nothing helped. 

 

If you have successfully imported a file of similar size, please let me know how?
