Issue with Multi row variable set

Not able to submit Multi row variable in Test environment, after i add variables in MRVS and click submit Im getting "Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted. Please contact system admin". I copied MRVS from Dev instance to test environment thru update set, it is working fine in Dev but not in test environment.

I also tried to delete variable set from test environment and re imported from Dev but still same error.

That error message doesn't seem like an out-of-the-box message included (I could be wrong), so perhaps something is going on with a Client Script or UI Policy here.  Do a quick search in Studio for it:

Studio > Open any App (we're not going to be making changes) > Code Search > Type in some text from the message > Tick 'Search in all applications'

Thanks for replying but I do not have access to Studio.

Hi,

It should be a client-side issue. Can you navigate to the Client Script/UI Policy Module and search for the error as shown in the below screenshot and then from there you can review or debug your script:

@Ashwin24 same issue here, did you remember how you resolved that one?
