Issue with Multi row variable set

Not able to submit Multi row variable in Test environment, after i add variables in MRVS and click submit Im getting "Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted. Please contact system admin". I copied MRVS from Dev instance to test environment thru update set, it is working fine in Dev but not in test environment.
I also tried to delete variable set from test environment and re imported from Dev but still same error.
If i check F12 Im getting below error -
Please let me how to fix this problem.

Same issue I am facing while copying one RITM value of MRVs to the same catalog form template for a new request. Were you able to resolve the issue?
