Hello team
I have a user ( has admin role )reported that he was not able to see the related tabs ( Catalog tasks, Incidents, Change etc ) on RITM form. The issue is only with this user and this started behaving from yesterday. I have checked in lower instances by impersonating the user but tabs were available there. Nothing has changed to the user profile in recent days. Any thoughts on what actually happened ? Also the form is in Default view.
In prod
In lower instance
Regards!

There is a problem with this .. either have the user or impersonate the user in prod.. click on the settings button in the main window.. and click on the forms tab....
I suspect you will find that the related list loading button is not dotted at any of the options.. .making the related list not load.. just have them dot one.. or dot one while impersonating the user... that will resolve the issue.

Can we remove the cache of the user and check, cache.do.
Also check, did he personalize the related lists as well. configure > related list > check the related lists are there or not.

Hello balaji
How to clear cache for a single user ?cache.do will clear the instance cache and it might effect the system performance sometimes
If he would personalize the related lists doesn't it effect the whole RITM form and none of the user should see the related tabs then as this will be a global change? Just thinking loud

cache.do will not effect the performance, just it clears the some temporary field in his browsers cache, that's it.
2nd point i will obey your correct, i forgot that point.
