Issue with ServiceNow–Asana Integration: License Count Mismatch and Missing “Type” Field

Hi everyone,
I currently have an integration set up between ServiceNow and Asana, which imports all users that have an active subscription in Asana. However, I’m facing an issue with the license count and missing data.
The client reports that they have 60 licenses, but the integration is bringing in 128 users. After reviewing the data, I noticed that the integration is not retrieving all fields from Asana. Specifically, there is a field called “Type” on the Asana side, which indicates whether a user is a Member or a Guest, and this field is not appearing in the data returned to ServiceNow.
I need help understanding how this part of the integration works and whether there is a specific configuration, endpoint, or mapping required to retrieve the Type field and accurately match the number of active licensed users.
