Issue with SSO integration on ServiceNow instance

When trying to login through SSO in ServiceNow, an infinite loop is encountered and not getting redirected to the landing page (defined in the SSO configuration).
 
SSO is configured in ServiceNow, but it's not working as expected and getting stuck.
- IDP record is created and sys id is set is SSO property correctly.
- Lookup field on user record is mapped with sys property as well, in this case , email id
- User record is active and not locked out. Email ID and User ID of the user record have same values.
 
What are the possible reasons ? Are there any specific checks to ensure that nothing is being missed. No error in logs.

Where can I see logs specific to SSO on ServiceNow instance ?

1.You will be able to get it from SSO provider debug logs.

2. And also from System Logs > System Log > Script Log Statements.

Hi @Snehal13 ,

 

Try removing the value in the 'glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp' sys_properties. The value was no longer present in the instance
