It is not possible to set read only fields for Standard Change Request

Has anyone of you, when implementing a Standard Change request, had a problem with the lack of displaying read only fields when creating a Change Request?
In the Standard Change properties I set which fields should be read only and should not allow editing, but when I try to create a Standard CR, all fields are editable.

I have checked other UI Actions and tried to limit them so that they do not work on Standard CR, but despite this, the fields are still editable.

Then check if existing UI policies/Client script or even ACL is doing this. Should be a simple one.

you can try to do it using  UI Policy to make the fields read only
