I have a requirement where in case of any active resource plan associated with a project, if the user tried to close the project. The project should not go to closed complete state and stay pending displaying an error message. For this I have made a before buisness rule which is working, however, if I am trying to close the parent project the parent project remains in pending state but due to out of the box business rule the child projects related to it are going to closed complete state which should be avoided.
