ITSM - Copy change request attributes

Hello guys

I am trying to finish my ITSM implementation simulator, but I can not complete this step, Copy change request attributes, the request is :

1. Add the following field to be copied when a new change is created using "Copy Change" functionality:

• Implementation plan

 2. Add the following field to be copied when a change task is copied from the originating change:

• Service 

Hint: Navigate to the Change Properties module to get started, Change > Administration > Change Properties

I already completed the step 1, but the second one doesn't work, a message displays Please validate Service field has been added to the correct property. I tried to type cmdb_ci_service,task_cmdb_ci_service,task_service_offering,service,  in the List of attributes (comma-separated) from Change Task (change_task) related list that will be copied from the originating change field, but any of them worked, any idea ? something is missging ?

You can use business_service

Hi @Serginho 

Check the back-end value of the Service, as per the OOTB, the backend value is business_service, Please update this value and try.

how to check backend value ----> by right clicking on value ------> show .
is this right?
