Hello everyone. I´m doing the ITSM Simulator, and I cannot validate this task:
When a change request is created from a problem record, the problem record should automatically move to a Pending change state.
1. Add the Problem State choice of 'Pending change'.
2. Open and modify the existing Create Normal Change AND Create Emergency Change UI actions to set the Problem state to "Pending change".
1 - I´ve just created the choice:
2 - I´ve tried with differents lines in both ui actions.
This is what I´ve tried:
But I still cannot validate this task.
Any idea?
Thanks!

You need to create a state choice in Problem table not in change
When a change request is created from a problem record, the problem record should automatically move to a Pending change state.
1. Add the Problem State choice of 'Pending change'. --> Create under problem table and check .
