ITSM - workspaces

Hello, 

 

Custom UI actions(related links just referring to another site) built on custom application are visible on UI16 but not on workspaces. though the below options are checked.

How can i make it visible on workspaces? currently working on yokohama release.

Hii,

 

Its a related link(something like open google when clicking the link) on a scopped application. Its appearing in UI16 but not on Service Operations workspace(sow).

 

Note: we are trying to  included our scopped app in SOW workspace.

did you create custom workspace and there the buttons are not visible on form?
