We are trying to set up the Jamf Service Graph connector in our instance. We are successfully pulling the data into the staging table (sn_jamf_integrate_sg_jamf_computers), but when we run the RTE it doesn’t update or insert anything. It comes back saying it has processed everything, but 0 against everything else:
We have done some troubleshooting, discovering it may potentially be that it couldn’t find records to coalesce with. However, I have looked at the data and the serial numbers etc. match with what we have in our system.
Does anyone know if the whole payload for each computer is supposed to go into one ‘data’ field in the staging table? I didn’t know if maybe the system was meant to be splitting it out and something is going wrong there.
Otherwise, I cannot see where it is failing. The OOTB entity fields and mappings don’t need any customisations to work, do they?
