KB article editor - How to show all available formatting options and how to add Calibri as a font?

Hello,

 

How do I show all available formatting options like indent and outdent in the formatting options? Is it possible to add Calibri as one of the font types in the drop-down list?

@cynlink1  Indent and outdent format should available, have you tried to check by saving the article? this will be visible after saving the article. 

 

How to add indent and outdent options to the HTML/text editor in Knowledge 

 

You can also add new font types, Go to the system properties , search for glide.ui.html.editor.v5.font.collection and there you can define new font.  i have highlighted in bold text

 

 

Andale Mono=andale mono,times;Arial=arial,helvetica,sans-serif;Arial Black=arial black,avant garde;Book Antiqua=book antiqua,palatino;Calibri=calibri;Comic Sans MS=comic sans ms,sans-serif;Courier New=courier new,courier;Georgia=georgia,palatino;Helvetica=helvetica;Impact=impact,chicago;Symbol=symbol;Tahoma=tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;Terminal=terminal,monaco;Times New Roman=times new roman,times;Trebuchet MS=trebuchet ms,geneva;Verdana=verdana,geneva;Webdings=webdings;Wingdings=wingdings,zapf dingbats;
