Hi Guys,
I normally share pdf for supported and unsupported items for my plugin on store.
I want to go with KB articles for my plugin. All users who download my plugin will see KB artciles for supported and unsupported items.
Customers who will download my plugin from the store should not be able to edit the KB article.
Owner /workflow and other ServiceNow related functionalities remains with me and my dev team and whoever will download the plugin should not see these complexities but should be able to see only KB articles in read only mode.
Please someone can help me to understand this implementation.
Let me know if more info is needed from my end
