KB retire Automatically

There are some HR services KB articles that are getting retired automatically by a user name called copilateknowledge reader. unable to find any job that is running or any script that does it 

any leads ?

oob system does not by default retire published article automatically just because the valid_to date has passed, it only makes them expire so they no longer show up in searches or consumer portals....and retirement generally happens when someone manually click Retire or when a custom automation (such as a scheduled job or Flow Designer flow you’ve created) sets the workflow_state to retired and deactivates the record.....so if you’re seeing HR KB articles being retired by a user named copilateknowledge reader it’s almost certainly due to a custom job, Flow Designer flow, or script include running rather than oob process.....
