Key Word Search not working on a list displayed on the Service Portal.

We have a link on the Service Portal header that will take the user to a list of all our Business applications. We have enabled the filter option to allow the user to use the typical filter options.
We have also made sure that the Keyword Search in the upper right hand corner is available, but it is returning no results.
I have not been able to find a reason as to why this is not searching the list. Are there some other setting that need to be adjusted to allow the Keyword Search to apply to the list/table that is being displayed?

We have the same challenge in our company. Anyone found a solution to this yet? We cannot search using "Keyword Search" bar on a data table widget.
