Knowledge Article Acknowledgement using e-signature

Hi everyone!

I need to implement knowledge article acknowledgement using e-signature template, I have created an e-signature template with document type = Knowledge article; e-signature type = Acknowledgment. However I don't see any acknowledgement when I view the article.

Has anyone implemented something like this? Or can anyone suggest any other solution to achieve this requirement?

I actually just got finished implementing this. This what I have done:
1) Create E-signature template

2) Create HR Template on the HR Task table and specify the E-signature template created

3) Create HR task on a case and assign it to the target user to sign.

4) They can log into their portal and sign the document. The E-signature history will appear on the HR task that was created.
