Knowledge article opening in Different view and tab in service portal

Hi,

When I search a knowledge article in portal, it is taking me to a new window and with different view, which shouldn't happen. Below is the image

But I when I click on the same article from the search results. It is working fine.

Could you please let me know a solution for this?

Do you have AI search enabled? Have you customised SPSearchResultActions script include?
