Knowledge portal font change for different portal

Hi All,

 

I am wondering why there is two different colors for two different portals.

In BLSP portal I am linking the KB home page, and it shows me in different color text.

In GSP portal I am linking the KB home page, and it shows me in different color text.


PFA. let me know if anyone has any idea of how and why it is happening and how to fix it.

Check on the branding of your portals. Every portal can be branded in it's own way.

Check on https://your_instance.service-now.com/sp_config?id=branding_editor and select your portal to see the different branding.


Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I made sure all the values of branding of the two portals same. all background, text, nav... color. Still, I could see two different colors. I even kept the theme also same for both the portal
