KPI for ageing HR cases

Hello Community,

I am trying to build a KPI for HR cases which have not been updated in last 14 days using platform analytics.

This is needed to analyze backlog trends over time. 

I need to ability to select months like Jan 2025, Feb 2025, YTD etc and then based on this selection it should provide trends (like Cases not updated for more than 14 days in Jan 2025) for that month or quarter.

I think we might need to set up a performance indicator for this however any help in this regard would be appreciated.

The plugin Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Human Resources Scoped App [com.sn_hr_pa] has an indicator you can copy for your desired time-period. 'Number of cases with no updates in last 10 days'.
