KPI Measurements

Hi Team,
I have a requirement for KPI measurements, Where I need to add the KPI for problem management for RCA start and end date. We need to calculate the time between the start and end date. I need help in setting up the KPIs, how to check and the process. If I get the solution, it will be helpful. Thank you so much in advance.

You can create a report on RCA task and then use that for calculation. OOTB you can use these fields
