KPI's in vendor workspace

Can someone explain to me how to get this KPI working in my instance? Is this a survey that needs taken or is it pulling data from somewhere? Any explanation would be appreciated

Scroll down to see if any Data Collection jobs are configured. If so, check those to see that they are 'Active'.  Typically there is a 'Daily' job that is active and a 'Historical' job that runs on demand to process older records.
