Hi,
I am getting this error while trying to connect LDAP.
"ldaperr: dsid-0c0907c2 comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection."
Can anyone help? Is this something that needs to be done from ServiceNow side or Active Directory?
Thanks.

did you try to test the connection.
if you open the LDAP server in service-now there is an option to validate the connection ( Test Connection ), kindly check that, seems like some server credentials issue. just thinking .
also confirm "Starting search directory" value have you mentioned are those accessible by that credentials which you have mentioned in ldap server.

Thanks Harsh.
When I click test connection, it says successful.
I am not sure I understand your second point. How to check if those are accessible?

in the second point, i mean to say that the LDAP directory which has mentioned are accessible ?
i would suggest you to connect with you AD Team , ask them to validate the server URL.

Thanks Harsh.
After much investigation, I am also thinking the same. I have raised the issue with HI for now and waiting for their response.
