Actually, LDAP users cannot update(shown "invalid update"), if also reset the password from admin side, password is successful but cannot login (shown" invalid password").

Before i can manually update LDAP users from admin side. Now, cannot update. So, I want to make it as comfortable as before.

Is the invalid update for every single update (e.g. adding "." save and remove the dot and save again) or just and only for the password?

@Aung Phyo Oo

you want LDAP users password to be updated?

ServiceNow's built-in password reset feature does not work for LDAP-connected users.

you will require a custom solution to interact with LDAP via orchestration and then reset

The actual password reset happens in AD and not within ServiceNow

Password reset - AD

Change AD User Password activity

OR

check this link which has some script, see if that helps

How do I change a user's password via LDAP integration with active directory?
