Ldap Users cannot updated synced from AD

I cannot manually update and reset the new password Ldap Users synced from AD, Shown 'invalid update'. How to fix this issue?

Before i can manually update LDAP users from admin side and than if reset the new password for LDAP user but user cannot login (invalid password).
