Lead Time exclude weekends

Hello All,

 

Is there a way how to exclude a weekends from a lead time? Currently leadtimes are set like this: 2,3,5 and 9 days

unfortunately if change is create on Friday lead time end on Sunday. Is there a way how to exclude them?

Hi,

 

Please create a schedule which excludes the week end.

 

And then you can use the script in this community post to calculate the lead time using the schedule.

Hi @HubisCZ ,

 

If you are measuring the lead time through SLA, you can create a schedule to only include weekdays and by that exclude weekends. You can read further in this knowledge article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0547302
