Often, we confuse to understand the difference between HR Profile & User Profile.
User Profile: This specifies the basic details about user like user id, first name, last name, telephone number etc.
As you can see in the above image, we have only basic information.
VS
HR Profile: This profile holds some extra fields or confidential & sensitive information about employee (User), like date of birth, contact information, address details, joining date, start date, end date etc.
As you can see in the above image, we have confidential & sensitive information about employee.
