Limited records visible in list collector on portal

Hello all
I have configured a list collector to show records from a table with almost 500 records.
This filed shows all the records in the 'Available' side of the slush bucket when using it on the native UI.
But the field shows only 100 records in the 'Available' side of the slush bucket when using it on the portal.
Can anyone please tell me if there is any system property that needs to be updated for me to see all the 500 records in the list collector's 'Available' side on the portal?
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
