Link Change request ticket not showing in Requested item

Hi Guys,

Need some assistance because we noticed that when the Change Request ticket is added in

the Requested item ticket the Requested item ticket will not show in Change Request ticket and

same also when we add the Requested item ticket to the Change Request ticket the change request

ticket will not show in the Requested item ticket.

May I ask if where we can configured this.

What is the filter condition of your related list?

Hi @Codi 

If you're using the OOTB related list, it's linked to each others through the Parent (reference Task [task]) reference field.

So if you add a RITM to a change request, it will populate the Parent field in RITM.
