Hi,
There is a user called Joe. When he switched to the new UI he is not able to open the 'New ticket' link in 'My desk' application. The link is doing nothing.
When he switched to the old UI & click on 'New Ticket' he is able to access the link
This issue is with only one user and for only New UI...
In addition to this,(Issue only with the new UI for the same user) when the user navigates to 'Self Service' application and clicks on 'My incidents' module, he is getting a list of incidents but could not open the incident i.e. he could not open the incident form. The incident number's font color is changing to Violet (INC0266373 in the example) and no action is getting performed. The same is working fine with the old UI.
What could be the issue?????

We found a problem where the new UI broke some UI actions because some extra escaping was being performed on URLs. How is your "New Ticket" button actually defined?
