List Collector variable to be only shown on sc_task

Hi All,

We have a requirement where I have a list collector variable on the form, but it is only to be shown on sc_task.

I have handled this using UI policy - to be apply only on catalog_task.

But the list collector variables does not have any values to select. But when I type something, it displays the value. is this a normal behaviour ? or can this be fixed to show all the values initially ?

Hi @Kanika4 ,

It shows the record present and looks like there are some empty data present on that table. You could exclude them by using filter in the variable of that list collector field. Then it will show the data excluding the empty record.

Kindly check reference qualifier that it is correct.

Check the ACLs and security rules that is preventing the records from being visible.
